Antenatal Classes
We are bringing our holistic, evidence-based, confidence-building approach to antenatal classes! With a focus on inclusivity, these are LGBTQIA+ friendly environments, where there is no "one right way" to build a whānau and be a parent.
Our classes are located in Central Auckland (Westmere and Epsom), but attract like-minded parents from around Tāmaki Makaurau.
"Very helpful classes, I learned so much valuable information. I really appreciate the myth busting of information as-well! There’s a lot of info out there can feel overwhelming as a first time parent. Love the kaupapa the Imperfect team has created, it feels very inclusive (I’m a solo mama, that was a big thing for me). HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’ve also made some cool new mates."
Why Imperfect Parents?
Over the last two years, we have built a reputation in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland as a space where parents can connect and build community in a judgment-free zone. We believe that there is no "right" way of doing any of this parenting journey - whether that is the structure of your whānau, the way you give birth, or how you care for your children.
Our goal with these antenatal classes is to provide opportunities for you to build relationships with other parents at a similar stage of life, while educating you about your options and your rights, so that you can make birth and parenting decisions that feel right for YOU.
